Return/Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Original packaging must be intact.

Restocking Fee: Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.

Free Trial: We do not offer a free trial period for our products.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@technospa.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
